“Recognizing and accepting my purposes for you in circumstances that are not always ideal, allows my Spirit to continue to work in your life. Even when you may not be content in those circumstances, you may remain content in me and trust me through them.
My power is unleashed in you when you are willing to yield your will to mine. This is one of the hardest things I will ask of you, but I will also be with you every step of the way and my Holy Spirit will provide you with all that you need so you can do what I have called you to do.
There is joy in obedience and being willing to endure some discomfort in your circumstances because I am teaching you and making you stronger through them. Not only that, but you do not fully comprehend how what I am doing in you is ministering to someone else.
You have a singular focus in your approach to your circumstances, but I am multi-dimensional, and my purposes and plans are broader than what you are often able to see. They will cover more ground and work in ways that help others to see me as you do. You must trust me in this; my plans are always for your good and for my glory.
Continue to delight in me for I am working in and through you to make a difference in the lives of others. You have been called by me, the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. You are mine, you are blessed, and the world around you needs the love I have given to you. Be my light, reflect my love, and you will see my power unleashed in you and in your world.”
- “So then, those who suffer according to God’s will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.” 1 Peter 4:19
- “I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power.” Ephesians 3:7

- “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Further confirmation to me that if I will keep my eyes on Him, He will use this current circumstance for good in my life as well as in the lives of others. What a loving God He is – nothing is wasted, not even suffering. I trust Him with my life!
